Current advertising status: MCN Engine is not currently accepting third-party paid advertising. Advertising opportunities may be introduced in the future and, if made available, will be subject to this policy, review, approval, and applicable requirements.
This Advertising Policy primarily governs third-party paid advertising and advertiser campaigns offered through MCN Engine. Other promotional activities, such as MCN content promotion, MCN Global Chat (MCGC) promotion, affiliate or referral links, cost-per-action (CPA) offers, sponsored content, and other promotional campaigns may also appear on the platform and may be governed by additional terms, disclosures, or platform policies.
The MCN Promo Rail is a promotional area that may contain different types of approved promotional content. The presence of an item in the Promo Rail does not by itself mean that the item is a paid advertisement or that MCN Engine endorses the promoted third-party product, service, website, or offer.
If third-party advertising is introduced, advertisements will be expected to:
• Be truthful and not misleading
• Not promote scams, fraud, deceptive practices, impersonation, phishing, extortion, or illegal activities
• Not contain false, deceptive, or materially misleading claims
• Not contain pornography, explicit sexual content, or inappropriate material
• Not promote illegal drugs or prohibited substances
• Not promote fraudulent investment schemes, financial scams, or guaranteed-profit claims
• Not distribute malware, malicious software, or harmful content
• Not deceptively request passwords, authentication codes, recovery codes, payment credentials, passports, national identity documents, or other sensitive personal information
• Not knowingly infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights
• Respect user safety and platform integrity
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations
If third-party advertising is introduced, advertisements may be subject to manual or automated review before publication. MCN Engine may reject or decline an advertisement that does not meet applicable requirements or platform policies.
If third-party advertising is introduced, MCN Engine may remove or disable an advertisement that:
• Violates platform policies
• Receives credible user complaints
• Poses a risk to users or the platform
• Does not meet applicable requirements
If MCN Engine introduces third-party paid advertising in the future, advertising fees, payment terms, cancellation rules, refunds, and campaign requirements will be provided before an advertising service is purchased.
If third-party advertising is introduced, advertisers will be responsible for ensuring that their advertisements, claims, products, services, and destination pages comply with applicable laws, regulations, and MCN Engine policies.
If third-party advertising is introduced, MCN Engine will not control or guarantee the reliability, safety, legality, availability, or outcomes of advertised third-party services. Users should evaluate third-party services independently before using them.
Publication or approval of an advertisement will not necessarily mean that MCN Engine endorses, recommends, or guarantees the advertised third-party service, product, or claim.
MCN Engine may update this Advertising Policy from time to time as its services, policies, or legal requirements change. The applicable version will be the version published on this page.
